Step 3 - Attention

We each have our own unique perspective and perception that we are more drawn to. Your natural way of working and thinking will often represent your strengths and those same strengths can show up as a challenge either for you or others.

Learning to notice where your attention is, and then developing your skill to give all information equal opportunity, can empower you to hear and see things from a new perspective and that can in turn bring balance to your system.

This is not about changing who you are – it is about changing your focus to change the response. In this step we'll be looking at;

  • What’s working vs what’s not working
  • Time
  • Trauma
  • Internally referenced or externally referenced
  • Boxes

After which, we move on to step 4;
